We're Elemy's Bagels! We serve fresh, hand-rolled New York Bagels in only the traditional fashion. We don't believe in additives, nor do we think machines make a better bagel. We bake our bagels the day you get them. This way, freshness is at the top of quality ingredients. We source locally-grown ingredients utilized in our variety of cream cheese accompaniments along with local eggs for our Persian Roll, a Canadian/Midwestern-rooted Deep Fried Cinnamon Roll topped with Traditional or Raspberry Cream Cheese Frosting! Once you try Elemy's, store-bought will be a thing of the past!
